Consultations

You do not need a referral to arrange a consultation.  To make an appointment, please use the form on this page.

• We allow forty minutes for the consultation appointment.
• The cost is $120. 
• At this appointment you will be fully assessed, the problem and treatment will be outlined, and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions.
• You will be given a written quote, and information about the Invisalign process.

Before the appointment

Before the appointment, you will be sent a referral for orthodontic x-rays (these are usually bulk-billed). Having the x-rays for this appointment allows most problems to be assessed in just the one visit.

After the consultation

If you wish to go ahead with treatment, we will make an appointment to take the necessary records; a second appointment five or six weeks later will be arranged to fit the first aligners.

We will then need to see you about every six weeks to monitor progress and make any necessary changes. These appointments can be made at different intervals to fit in with your schedule.

On average, active treatment with Invisalign takes about twelve months. After this phase you will be fitted with similar clear plastic retainers, that you will wear at night to keep the teeth straight.
